Can I make a confirmed reservation by phone?

It is possible to make a reservation by phone, face to face or by e-mail. In order to confirm your reservation, a pre-payment or full payment is required in some periods. The payment amount may vary depending on the number of days of stay and the number of people. It is important that you specify the name and surname of the person making the reservation in the description section when making the payment. Upon receipt of your payment, your reservation will be finalized.

Can I cancel my reservation? How?

Reservation can be canceled up to 7 days before check-in date. You will be charged a prepayment for the first night 7 days prior to arrival or on the day of booking. In case of late cancellation or unannounced The deposit is non-refundable.

What are the entrance and exit times to the pension?
